You can reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot password?' under login via email address. You will be prompted to add registered email address to receive a reset password link in order to set a new password to login.
Steps
1. Click on 'Forgot password' to initiate the reset password process
2. Enter your registered email address to receive a reset password link
3. Check your email for a notification for resetting password from the JSW One MSME website
4. Click on the 'Reset now' button on the email received to set a new password
5. Set the new password and submit. You can now login via email through this new password
